 About The CheF&B Team 
 

Offering a variety of superb services and mouth-watering menus, The CheF&B team is one of today’s leading voices in the contemporary cooking industry. Years in the business have helped them develop a unique business. They "cater" literally, to every clients taste or needs.

Our journey started in Manila Phillipines in 2010 where Chef Avi created a unique concept called "Avics Kitchen" where she provided catering services as well as selling pate's, terrines, tapanades and several other gourmet delicacies. She also smoked sausages and meats for sale through several local and city-wide  affiliates.

​

Prior to starting Avics Kitchen Chef Avi traveled the world training with her partner, Francois Pelaez, a Michelin starred Chef for such reknowned brands as the Four Seasons, Intercontinental, and St. Regis. Living in places such as New Delhi, Morroco, Indonesia, Taiwan, Lebanon, Hongkong, Mexico City, Bahamas and finally settling in the south of France where she launched her restaurant "  A L'Ombres des Muriers which quickly became a favorite of people attending the Cannes film festival, Monaco Grand Prix and the Antibes Jazz festival. Her clients and customers included stars from music and movies to vougue fashion models. She also served as Sous Chef at the prestigiuos Radisson Blu hotel on the beach in beatiful Cannes France.

Her international exposure has given Chef Avi diverse experience in designing and preparing exotic food dishes with flavors and inspiration from these regions especially Mediterranean, Pan Asian and mid eastern cooking (Mediterrasian). Each menu and event is custom designed to meet our clients needs. We can prepare specialty menus as well. Having experience in Vegetarian and Vegan, food allergies, and Kosher.

Chef Avi is fluent in 4 languages, she is a painter - having her works displayed in several galleries. She is certified in Spa management and spent much of her career in the cigar business, where she managed the cigar lounges in well known 5 star locations such as the Shang-ri-la ( Philippines, Malaysia) and Peninsula hotel as well as with the Habanos S.A Mexico City.

Our journey has now taken us to Naples Florida - a beautiful coastal gem on the gulf of Mexico. Avi  now reside in Naples and Antibes France. Together she and her husband Bill  provide private chef and catering for private and corporate events. They also specialize in meal preparation services. Chef Avi spends the seasonal months in Naples and returns to the south of France during the summer months to provide our services to our European clients.
